31. LEO NARANJO
Compared to Javier Mascherano not just for his looks, but playing style as well, Leo is a versatile player who’s performed excellently at both defensive midfield and full back. A no-nonsense winner of the ball, he also possesses good passing ability as he looks to win the ball back and play it into the team’s playmakers. Though quiet on the pitch, he provides the team with a real sense of security as they know not much gets past him.
Leo is another player who’s knocking hard on the door for a starting spot, and will likely prove to be an important presence for Shane in 2017.
