Despite dominating proceedings, Shane couldn't break down a stubborn Daan defence as we drew 0-0.
We controlled the game from the start, knocking the ball about well in midfield and using the wings to get in behind. Despite our dominance, clear-cut chances were hard to come by due to some brave defending from the Daan backline.
As the game wore on, we started to get some chances but a combination of good saves, the woodwork, and last-ditch blocks ensured a share of the spoils.
A fantastic team performance from the lads. Luck wasn't on our side but we take a lot of positives from the way we approached the game and applied ourselves.
MOTM goes to Dan Engel for the foundation he gave us to build from the back. Daan didn't have a sniff thanks to him and his defensive partners, Danny and Zack.
